I never wanted a stranger in my home, but after my experience with the caregivers from Advanced, I changed my mind and told my friends they should use Advanced too.

This is such a hard and complex situation, especially since I live out of town. Advanced simplified it for me and took care of my parents just the way I hoped they would.

My care provider was wonderful! She helped me bathe and provided fresh cooked meals. She had a gentle way about her that made me feel very comfortable.

I used another agency at the beginning of my husband’s illness and can say that Advanced is far and away the better agency. This is my first experience with Advanced and having something to now compare it to, I am very happy to have spoken to Daniel Epstein. He allowed me to make adjustments based on my husband’s needs and progress. The aides that were sent came promptly, worked to prioritize my husband’s comfort and maintain safety in the home with precautions… I highly recommend using this agency.

Their customer service is A++++++. I called them in a panic late Friday evening (a few hours after my Father was discharged from the hospital), and we ran into a few issues. Steveanswered every question I had with compassion and patience. It is very rare nowadays for anyone to be that kind. When you are worried about a family member, it’s nice to experience a calming presence on the phone. It makes a difficult situation manageable.

I NEVER do Google reviews – but I can’t say enough great things about…the team at Advanced Nursing + Home Support. My father passed away four weeks ago and he declined so rapidly that we couldn’t see straight. Advanced Nursing & Home Support was incredibly responsive, flexible and supportive. My father’s needs changed daily and I know we drove them crazy with our changes….but they were so incredibly professional and understanding. I would highly recommend this group!
