Flex Care
Flex Care is available Monday-Friday from 7:00am – 9:00pm
Flex Care is our signature service for residents. A subscription is available for only $250 per year and will provide a 40% discount for the services listed below. Services are provided in 20-minute blocks, up to 4 blocks per day. Clustering blocks together will allow for extra time to be provided to each client.
Subscribers pay $15/block and non-subscribers pay $25/block.
Non-subscribers will have to pay $75 for an RN assessment and Plan of Care to be created and reviewed every 6 months
